Peer Pod Session 2 – Hear: Committed Listening

This Peer Pod focuses on the role of listening in building trust and strengthening leadership relationships. Participants share their experiences applying the Hear module practices, including active listening, playback, and speaking less to better understand others. Through peer discussion, participants reflect on what helped others feel heard, what challenges arose, and how committed listening can improve collaboration and trust within their teams.
